Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate fee based on the products chosen at checkout.

*Lost, stolen, or missing packages are not replaced or refunded by Laurita's Customs. In the unfortunate situation the postal service loses your package, we recommend filing a USPS claim: www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Laurita's Customs is not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. Please note that if this occurs and the package is returned to Laurita's Customs, the customer is responsible for any newly incurred shipping costs.

 

Processing Time:

Our current processing time is 10-14 business days. Please keep in mind ALL our items are handmade, so please be patient with us. Once you have placed your order, we will work on it as soon as we can.

Allow an additional 3-5 days after your order has been full-filled for shipping via USPS.

 *We are not responsible of any delays on estimated delivery time. If any concerns occur, please contact your local carrier for updates.*
